The podcast I didn’t know I needed

This podcast is everything I never knew I needed.

As a plus size female who’s just getting started with my “fitness journey” I’ve had a really hard time finding products that I love from a company that values people and not just cash flow. Josh and Sarah are so humble, positive, uplifting, I mean I could really just keep going but I’ll stop.

I’ve laughed and honestly cried listening to this podcast. It motivates me to be a better version of myself everyday and for that I thank you guys.

Should’ve Started Listening Sooner

I have to confess...I love Bowmar Nutrition products but I really am not a big podcast person in general. I know they are informed and create quality products, so what’s the benefit of me listening. Well...I recently started listening during cardio and have learned so much and am so impressed by their drive to create the best products. Now I’m listening any free chance I get and wish I had started listening sooner. It’s refreshing with everything going on right now to hear quality content that is positive. It empowers me with fitness and nutrition knowledge to make me the best version of myself. Thank you Josh and Sarah!
