Great podcast!

I started going through all of the episodes from the beginning. I couldn’t get enough. There are things I might not completely agree on but I am so thankful that Brian and Lexy are challenging me to thinking biblically and dive deeper into what scripture is saying.
Thanks to God

This is the first time I've listened to these episodes. I am 70 years old and caring full time for my husband of 51 years. Many things were an encouragement to me but the quote " Learning to love what must be done" God has used today to put in my belt to remember when days are Longer and harder. I've listened to all your podcasts and the churches teachings. I thank God He has put me in touch with your ministries. Thank you for your ministry to the body of Christ and the clarity of His word. Blessings.
Mixed feelings

My husband and I have listened to 7 or so episodes starting from the beginning. I genuinely believe these two seek Christ and care about building and advancing Christendom. I’m very thankful for their dedication and ministry. They share some great Biblical wisdom and practical counter-cultural ideas. I share with them the desire to restore the lost art of homemaking because I learned nothing of the sort growing up. However, I can’t get past their arrogance. They claim to not be coming from a “holier than thou” place, but they simply do. I’d be afraid to host these two over for dinner. I’d be paranoid that everything was wrong with my house, decor, my cooking, my pregnancy, our routines, the discipline of our children, etc. I think too often they blur commands of Scripture with personal opinion about how to live life and they don’t show grace for any other way of life. Some counter-cultural things aren’t financially or physically realistic for some, but you can still fully pursue Christ and glorify God in said things. Use discernment when listening. It’s a slow process coming from a secular home to being a Christian wife desiring to be a godly homemaker, so this podcast helps, but leaves me feeling a little defeated I fear when there actually is not true conviction from God. Thanks for reading and I will continue to listen!
So helpful

This podcast was recommended to me by my mentors and I am absolutely loving it. As a teenage girl working toward marriage and children this podcast is so helpful in preparing my heart and mind for that. Also it’s so refreshing from our feminist culture. Thank you Ben and Lexi! I can’t wait to learn more and think through these lessons even more.
