#61: Change Your Story, Change Your Life with Carrie Rowan Boss Body

    • Health & Fitness

Episode Summary:
What's your story? And by "story," I mean the inner dialogue you have every day about yourself.
Is it empowering and inspirational, or negative and full of limiting beliefs?
The story you tell yourself directly affects your mindset, which drives your actions, which creates your reality.
We all draw conclusions about ourselves based on how we interpret our past experiences. Unfortunately, a lot of the time, we blow up the negative and skip right over the positive!
But, we can reframe our mindset to see how we were able to overcome obstacles and create accomplishment and success. How we became stronger from those experiences.
What we think are our biggest “messes,” are actually our turnaround stories.
My guest on this episode is Carrie Rowan, author, mindset energy coach and award winning singer/songwriter. Her bestselling book, Tell a New Story, 5 Simple Steps to Release Your Negative Stories and Bring Joy to Your Life, outlines how to identify and break free from the negative stories we tell ourselves.
“Whatever you focus on is what you’ll get more of.” - Carrie Rowan
