This is a very well-made podcast! It is unfortunate that they discontinued it, because it is a good podcast. The bottom line: If you want an entertaining podcast that dives deep into the history of different building related stuff, this is for you. If you want to learn home improvement, then check out their other podcast, Ask This Old House.
Kit houses
05/24/2022
I love the idea of kit houses or shall I say prefab homes of course not the kind that are slapped together. I think it's really interesting that Japan and Scandanavia are ahead of the prefab home building. It would be interesting if you did a Clearstory how one of these countries processes this out. I have watched international shows where there are factories that build out the framing, etc. to spec then deliver in pieces the home to the homeowner’s build site. From there a crew puts the house together quite quickly. They typically look beautiful. Anyways, I enjoyed this podcast! Thank you!
