Expectations, the biggest recipe for unhappiness.
Expectations can be a major source of unhappiness. When we expect something to happen and it doesn't, we can become frustrated and resentful. When our expectations are too high, it can be even more difficult to cope with the disappointment. It is important to remember that life is unpredictable and that it is best to focus on what we can control and accept what we cannot. By managing our expectations, we can avoid the biggest cause of unhappiness. Today's episode is all about how to lower expectations of people and find more contentment and peace in this dunya. I hope you enjoy!
