Let’s flip the switch on age and embrace getting older as just getting started, but from experience, not from scratch. In this episode, I am sharing my famous happy tools from my survival tool kit I use daily to look and feel MY best, coining one of my mantras, “Look good, feel good, do good!” I highlight the importance of routine and practice, getting up and standing on your own two feet to ensure a positive mindset and being happy with the reflection staring back at you in the mirror.
