Listening for over a year

Listening to Tanner’s podcasts have really opened my eyes, and lead me on a path of healing that I was not able to find in 30 years of other therapeutic endeavors. Be sure to check out her Instagram, under the same name, for more great guidance and information. And if you possibly can, take advantage of some of the containers and offerings, because that’s what facilitated me leveling up on my healing journey.

Great podcast even though I’m called a lady

I have been trying to find the right podcast for my cptsd recovery. So many I think are good for me - this one though, Dr. Tanner is great. One thing though is the focus on women - I still feel like I can get everything she’s saying and talking about as a cisgendered man.
