How We Make Sense of Trauma
In this episode I discuss how we make sense of trauma when it is happening, and how these meanings impact us long term. I discuss what it means to reprocess trauma by focusing on meanings and learnings instead of specific incidents and autobiographical memories.

Amazing
So many times I try to listen to people about trauma healing, and it’s very abstract and hard to understand. This podcast, however, is very easy to understand and so practical! Thank you for this
Amazing
This is an amazing podcast, providing really good and evidence based information. Important information for everyone to know and is a free tool for people with cptsd who either can’t afford treatment/therapy or does not live near adequate treatment.
You are changing my life!!
I cannot believe the comments people are writing here. I found Kina on TikTok and instantly fell in love with her knowledge of CPTSD. I have learned so much from her over the past few months. I love the podcast and the TikTok and can’t get enough. I have been in therapy on and off for 50 years and got NOTHING out of it other than understanding that I am damaged from my childhood. No one has ever helped me repair that damage. Kina’s explanations of what CPTSD is and how to heal with bottoms up therapy motivated me to start EMDR and EFFT. After one session of EMDR I was amazed at how effective it was. It’s exciting to finally get answers with solutions for the first time in my life! I love everything about her podcast and these ignorant comments people make are so off. Clearly they didn’t listen past the introduction. She can say mmhmm all she wants because the content is valuable. Ignore the haters. This is a great podcast.
