Pip has worked within the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. After starting her career as a Nurse, she decided to turn her focus to health promotion and qualified as a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach in 1998.

In 2001 she gained a first class degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and then went on to develop her skills completing further courses in Nutrition, Cardiac Rehab and G.P referral. In 2018 Philippa completed an MSc. in Nutritional Science.
In this episode Pip shares her top tips for creating balanced and sustainable healthy eating habits. As well as giving us some insight into what to consider when choosing nutritional supplements.
