The Dr. John Delony Show

Thank you Dr. for all you do and the time you take to help so many people. I really resonated with the last episode I listened to. I also work out at home wearing headphones, have a 5 year old daughter who loves her dad unconditionally and always wants to hang out with me. It’s always a struggle trying to stay in the zone during my workouts when my daughter keeps wanting my attention. She’s an amazing girl who is very conscious of voice fluctuation. I’ve given her a frustrated voice after multiple interruptions during so many workouts now that she has learned not to approach daddy when he is busy. It now breaks my hearts to know I’ve taught her this unintentionally. It really helped to bring this into perspective after listening to you mention a similar experience with your daughter. Thank you for your thoughtful insights and for being the awesome guy you are! PS. You have an awesome team around you!

Great podcast. I’ve binged nearly all episodes while I clean during the day. sometimes I do disagree with John but I love that he’s ok with being wrong and will admit it. I wish he’d stop being so self deprecating though, especially since he would be the first to tell someone to stop doing that to them selves…but he knows that.

This show has helped me out in so many ways! In every episode, I find something to relate to and always take away some huge nugget of information and a roadmap to leading the life I want to live. As someone who deals with anxiety and depression- his books and his show are life changing! There has been quite a few times that certain caller’s stories resonate deeply with me, and being heard, validated and not feeling crazy, has left me crying over my kitchen sink more times than I would love to admit! Dr. Delony gives his advice to everyone as if he is sitting across the table from his best friend, and we all need that! 10/10 recommend!

Love the show and have learned a ton from Delony. I appreciate his insight and how he models some of the very things he encourages callers to do. That said… the over enthusiastic ads for the sponsors lately are leaving a very poor impression. First it was Dreamcloud… best mattress ever until all of a sudden now Helix is the best thing ever. Then Thorne…. Best supplements ever until poof now Organifi is the best. It feels very disingenuous and makes me doubt his integrity which then is starting to make me wonder about the validity of his content.
