Excellent
Really interesting and helpful. Applicable to more than just college crowd! Also really like the host. Recommend listening!!!
Great resource for all people interested in mental health
This podcast is a great mental health resource. The makers bill it as a podcast for college students—which makes sense, they are counselors to students at the University of Florida. But the conversations give insights into mental health issues and the counseling process that are valuable for all of us.
If you want to learn more about yourself and others, or you’re considering going to therapy for the first time, or you want to get more out of an existing relationship with a counselor, then this podcast is a great resource. Take the time to listen. The host is fun and you stand to gain a lot!
