Daily Tips For Cultivating Positivity In Family Life And Motherhood:

1. Look at yourself in the mirror and say three positive affirmations and compliments to yourself every morning. Encourage your children to do this positivity exercise with you! By this, we reframe ourselves in a positive light💡. Great outcomes can come by doing this exercise!

2. Reframe negative words and phrases to became positive. "I can do this!" 💪 instead of "I can't do this." OR "I can try!" instead of "This is too hard." The words we say to ourselves become true as a self-fulfilling prophesy. 🔮

3. Express gratitude to family members. As a mother, model expressing thanks to spouse and children for positive actions and words.

4. Before bed, ask family members what their favorite part of the day was and what they are grateful for that day. This practice will help members of the family focus on the good throughout that day and for things that they can be grateful. Gratitude helps us be happy! ☀️

Bonus Tips For Moms:
- Write in a gratitude journal! 📔

- On your phone📱, have an easy-to-access gratitude list. I use the Trello app (my external brain 🧠) and created a mindset board with a gratitude list. When I am sinking into a negative mindset, reading through the list helps me to have a heart full of gratitude and positivity.
