Debbie Waidl ,

Great information to support health

I am a big proponent of natural healing and actually support women as a functional health coach. I love yoga and breathing as tools to keep my body in a state of health versus disease. Episode 62 was a great example of how doing little shifts each day can have a big impact on how you feel. A must listen if you are looking for an easy way to feel your best.
