Emotional, but never crying over spilled milk with Gitti Leider

Gitti would never cry over spilled milk because there are proprietary Shlichus techniques she generously shared on the podcast. Born a Rebbetzin, Gitti talks about her extraordinary upbringing that never struck her as being something noteworthy, it was just her life.

And now she shares candidly about her experience and lessons she’s learned and continues to learn on her many journeys across the world with Shluchim she considers family wherever whenever she goes.

From wherever you are listening, you will connect with Gitti's story and deeply feel her compassion for connecting with other humans and their experience here and now.

If You See Something Say Something - Nope, think again - Part 2 with Dr Zvi Goldberg, DACM

If You See Something Say Something - Nope, think again - Part 2 with Dr Zvi Goldberg, DACM

Excited to have Dr. Zvi Goldberg, DACM of Acu for Athletes back on the Podcast!

In this episode, we talked about chronic pain and stress, why it's not always about trauma, how the nervous system works, how therapy isn't always the answer and finding safety in abusive situations,  and why Zvi is so passionate about helping people.

Dr. Zvi believes that we are all athletes in the game of life and that chronic pain can inhibit our ability to live our best life. He believes that pain is multifactorial and that his Acupuncture practice helps people to get back to living their best life, even if they don't consider themselves athletes.

The conversation moved to personal opinions and takes on therapy, bodywork, and how they can work together for optimal patient support. We also talked about domestic abuse, advice vs holding space and so many more nuggets you will enjoy, disagree with, laugh about, or have something to think about.

Contact info. Because you didn't come here for advice ;)
