Kathy Hullinger ,

So heartfelt!

I have been a fan of Athena’s since I met her! She is a beautiful person, so caring and loving! A perfectionist at all she does. Someone that never gives up. This podcast is done so well and definitely worth a listen. Being a new Mom is difficult on a good day, but this podcast has helped me to understand the struggle of those with post-partum depression. I am a mother of 2 and remember the struggle without having this issue. The podcast has enlightened me and brought me to tears at times. I love how she includes the perspectives of her husband, Chris, and her Dad in the podcast. She has opened her heart and told her truth about her struggles and recovery process. I highly recommend this podcast and can’t wait to hear more!!!!

Great Podcast

Athena has brought to the forefront a struggle many women have. I’m a single mom and honestly didn’t realize I dealt with some of the same struggles after having my daughter. Even though my daughter is older I’m still able to find peace knowing I’m not the only one that went through these things. I’m also a friend of Athena’s that saw her during this time and see her today how she fought through and came out stronger.

Incredible Resource!

Athena does an incredible job of taking on the often over-looked topic of PPD with such grace. She provides a compassionate and informative space for others. Couldn’t recommend this podcast more! 🤍
