Episode #89 What Will Your Story Be?

Writing your story or your perception of your self-worth and ability to attain celestial life is often a function of a perception of past events when it should rather be focus on our potential and the Lord's atonement. This podcast explains how we can change the story we tell ourselves.

This disconnect between the two is what causes us the pain and suffering. If we can come to recognize this, we can begin to better understand our illness and what we are feeling.

Understanding this problem can in many ways provide for better more stable relationships and a better life outcome with the illness.
