I’ve lost over 250 pounds and changed my life radically many times over. I’ll be detailing my life as a child in a religious cult, growing up as a fat kid, losing weight, bariatric surgery, fitness hacks, meal and life planning strategies and real life, tough love cheering you on to achieving your goals and aspirations. I don’t pet. I am silly. I am fun. And I am simply ordinary. Which means I am qualified to convince other ordinary folks how to do the extraordinary.

Perfect way to start your day :)
Awesome nuggets of wisdom from an awesome & inspirational person!
A fraud
First of all, don’t bother reaching out to her on IG for her coaching services. She will ignore you, while continuing to post stories every few hours (so you know she’s on IG). Shows how important her coaching business is… spoiler alert- it’s not lol. I can spit and hit 100 online coaches, dime a dozen… so it was very easy to find a different one who prioritizes their business with response times to prove it. Second of all, she didn’t even lose her weight the natural way… she got WL surgery. Easy way out… shortcut. No thanks!!!
My weekly motivation to stay healthy and happy
I enjoy listening to Kristen’s podcast for so many reasons:
She is funny, I learn something new when it comes to food but also something new about myself and my eating behaviors.
She speaks from her heart and wants everyone to have fun in life, we can be healthy and be fit and still have fun. Sounds silly but I didn’t know that.
She has helped me confirm that quick strict diets don’t work for me and are not sustainable. She is very motivational and leads by example.
Her workouts are so awesome too. I am a client and I am obsessed. I am finally seeing results in me and I am enjoying the journey. Thanks Kristen
