Some of the best conversations I've ever had have taken place while running with others. Over the course of several miles, the conversations are allowed to flow freely and cover a variety of topics.
And that's what I try to do with my podcast.

1237 QT: The Benefit of Regularly Looking for Trouble
When I talk about foam rolling, I'm typically talking about using the foam roller to work out muscle kinks.
But another good use of the foam roller is to look for tight spots that you don't know exist.

Dustin Riedesel
One of Diz’s best interviews. Maybe taking time off from the weekly long podcasts will work out better for you. This was an excellent interview
Applicable even to non runners
I don’t actually run any longer. I’ve put all my eggs in the competitive swimming basket and yet I still get a lot of value from Diz and the podcast. The life advice, the general training advice, and the positivity are all applicable even though I’ve shifted my sports focus. So I wholeheartedly recommend the podcast to anyone on a fitness and training journey.
Seems like a nice guy. 🤣
Great interviews coverings all types of running and runners. I’m a beginner runner and I truly enjoy this podcast. Updated 12/16/22. Well it has been a few years since my first review. I’ve been listening to Denny as I’ve gone from 5ks and half marathons then to my one marathon and then moved to ultra marathons. I’ve gone from road to trails and Denny still has good information with his not so quick tips and interviews.
