In today’s episode, I’m going to gently and supportively talk down your anxiety with you. When you're in crisis, it can be difficult to walk yourself through the necessary steps to get your feet back on the ground, so I'll be doing it with you.
This is not a replacement for professional help, but rather a tool for self soothing. If you need something more interactive, please seek therapy or call a help-line. For Australians I would recommend Lifeline: 13 11 14. If life is in danger, I encourage you to call your emergency phone number, that’s 000 for Australians.
