Dr. Remina Panjwani is a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician with a deep focus on Functional Medicine. Her journey in medicine began with a degree in Nutrition from UT Austin after serving in the military. She then pursued a medical degree at The University of Pikeville-Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by Internal Medicine residency training at Medical City of Fort Worth. Having trained in Functional Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine with the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Remina now practices medicine aligned with her vision of patient-centered care. With a dedication to improving the lives of her patients, Dr. Remina focuses on addressing lifestyle factors, such as sleep, nutrition, stress, movement, and relationships. With her passion for health, wellness, and helping others, Dr. Remina is committed to guiding her patients towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.

At a more intimate level, she works one-on-one with individuals as a psychodynamic therapist guiding people back to their wholeness. As a person with a deep curiosity for esoteric wisdom, Heather has a curiosity for discovering ancient methods for thriving in the modern world and a penchant for teaching abstract applications in more digestible and relatable ways.
