    When I first started as a fitness competitor, I was so organized about my food. I'd plan my meals, prep them, and stash them in the freezer. Then, each morning, I'd fill up my trusty water bottle, grab a frozen meal, and head out the door – feeling oh so healthy.  
    I had good intentions, but I later realized I was missing the mark in one big way. I WAS USING A BUNCH OF PLASTIC. ♻️🚯

Love this podcast!

I love how Dr. Venus makes health tips so easy to digest in short episodes. She gives me simple tips I can really use in my daily life. Her friendly voice helps me feel like I CAN take charge of my health while keeping it fun.

Quick and Concise

This podcast is the complete opposite of those long drawn out podcasts that lose your interest after 5 minutes. Dr Venus provides a great mix of educational yet entertaining combination of information. I love that the podcast is less than 15 minutes especially when I’m in a hurry. Already looking forward to the next one!
