Walter Berry – Why All I Want To Do Is Dream

The great essayist and author Anais Nin said that dreams are necessary to life. All dreamers know this, which is why I’ve made it my mission to showcase dreamworkers who have their own take on why they are so essential to our being. On this episode of Dream Power Radio I’m thrilled to bring back one of my favorite masters of these unusual night thoughts, Walter Berry. Dreams fill Walter with a sense of awe. With his humor and boundless energy and imagination, Walter takes us into his dream world and tells us:
•why now is the best time to pay attention to your dreams
•how they relate to your life
•what you can learn from other people’s dreams
•what you can get from drawing out your dreams
•the effect of color on your dreams
Join me for a lively discussion about the joys of dreamwork on this breezy edition of Dream Power Radio.

Walter Berry is a Los Angeles based dream expert and has hosted dream groups and workshops for many years. He has served on the board of the International Association for the Study of Dreams and run its Dream Ball. His work has appeared in major national newspapers and in the book Chicken Soup for the Soul: Dreams and Premonitions. He has an upcoming book on dreams called Drawn Into the Dream.

Ellen Atkins – Yes, Transformation Can Be Playful Too

Ellen Atkins – Yes, Transformation Can Be Playful Too

I admit it. When I speak about making meaningful changes in your life to bring more success, self-confidence and self-awareness, I tend to say it can be a difficult road to follow. Change can be hard, especially when your growth is met with resistance from family and friends. You may second guess your commitment to truly seeking out your Dream Life.

But it doesn’t always have to be this way and my guest this week is proof of that. Ellen Atkins was a successful CPA for nearly three decades when she had a nagging feeling that something was missing from her life. She quit her job and went from the security of that well-paying position into the great unknown of rediscovering her purpose and passion in life. In describing her journey she tells us how she:
•dealt with her family’s reaction to her new outlook
•found joy outside the corporate world
•created a new business that brings joy to others

Sometimes it’s hard to imagine your own transformation until you get a glimpse of how others managed to do it. Hear Ellen’s powerful story on this edition of Dream Power Radio.

Ellen Atkins made it her mission to discover what made her happy after she left the security of her full time job. This search led her to create Syd, a big laughing monk statue with a thumbs-up and open palm, and her business The Suburban Monk, which now provides Syds in all sizes and colors for spiritual lovers everywhere. Kathleen O'Keefe Kanavos - Covid Dreams and Other Stories of the Night

Kathleen O'Keefe Kanavos - Covid Dreams and Other Stories of the Night

Got dreams? One of the unexpected offshoots of the Covid-19 pandemic is that more people than ever are remembering their dreams. We’re home more, we’re getting more sleep. Those are two theories as to why this phenomenon is occurring. But the bigger question is this: Are these new dreamers paying attention to the meaning of their dreams?

Kathleen “Kat” O’Keefe Kanavos, my guest on this episode of Dream Power Radio believes they should. She says we use our dreams to navigate the waters in our mind, and the messages they give us can have profound effects on our lives. She ought to know. Her dreams revealed the cancer in her body that doctors couldn’t find, and her recurring dreams’ insistence on her demanding an operation, literally saved her life. In our lively discussion about dreams, Kat also tells us:
•the meaning behind many Covid-19 dreams
•how dreams give us clues to our daily lives
•why visitation dreams are real and why we need to pay attention to them
•the real reason to listen to your dreams now

Kathleen O'Keefe-Kanavos is a three-time breast cancer survivor whose precognitive dreams diagnosed her illness and guided her through treatments and surgeries. She has lived to become an international best seller and multi-award winning author, producer and host of Wicked Housewives On Cape Cod radio and television programs, and an international speaker and intuitive dream coach. These achievements were reached with one goal in mind: save even one life by educating others on the power of our dreams to diagnose and heal our health, wealth and relationships. She is the author of the award-winning best-selling book Surviving Cancerland, and co-author of Dreams That Can Save Your Life, Chaos to Clarity and the upcoming From Crappy to Happy. Dr. Birgitte Tan – Handling Grief With Ease During Covid-19

Dr. Birgitte Tan – Handling Grief With Ease During Covid-19

These have been trying times for a lot of us. The disruption in our everyday lives have caused our emotions to run all over the place; from anger to frustration to joy and then back to anger. But we may not be aware that underlying all of that is a sense of grief. Unless we take actions to confront that grief, our days will continue to be filled with inertia and unease.

So how do we grapple with sadness and pain of grief? A lot of us are aware of the groundbreaking Five Stages of Grief pioneered by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross and may want to use that as a way of coming to terms with the crazy times we’re living in. My guest on this episode of Dream Power Radio, Grief Counsellor Dr. Birgitte Tan, maintains this method doesn’t really help us get back to living our dream lives. She’s developed a different way to help people transform their tears to treasures. In her book Seeking Peace: The Proven 5-Fingers Method to THRIVE through Change Effortlessly, which she talks about, Birgitte tells us:
•how to thrive through tough times with effort and fun
•why holding in your emotions is harmful
•the actions to take to cope with unwanted events in your life

If you feel like this pandemic has kept you in stuck mode for far too long, you won’t want to miss this enlightening episode of Dream Power Radio.

Dr. Birgitte Tan is a global speaker, #1 International Best Selling author, certified Grief and Life Success Consultant, and veterinarian oncologist. Her specialty is in helping people THRIVE through tough times and Win with more ease and fun. She learned to do this from her own experience as well as her training. Growing up, Dr. Tan was told she was "a stiff clumsy, ugly duckling who should never dance" and "too stupid to become a veterinarian" after failing her exams. She defied the odds and became a successful board-certified veterinarian specialist and the founder of Dance Away Sadness: Move Beyond Your Grief™, which is a grief recovery system that helps people release the part of grief that words cannot touch. In 2011, when a multitude of grievous events destroyed the life she knew, Birgitte started her journey into grief and life transformation. Upon successfully recovering from her grief and create an even better life, Dr. Tan then pursued additional training in grief transformation to be able to help people transform their tears to treasures. Dr. Cheralyn Leeby – Why We Need to Celebrate ThanksGiving Every Day

Dr. Cheralyn Leeby – Why We Need to Celebrate ThanksGiving Every Day

One of my favorite holidays is Thanksgiving. Not only is it the one day out of the year when you don’t get penalized for eating too much—the calories you consume on that day don’t count --it’s also a day to celebrate family, togetherness and love.

My guest on this episode of Dream Power Radio therapist and author Dr. Cheralyn Leeby maintains there’s more meaning to this day. She says each part of this compound word, “thanks” and “giving”, are meant to be action words. When we practice both thanks and giving, she declares we are able to heal ourselves and so much more. How? She tells us:
•how to transform personal grief into positivity
•how you can incorporate Thanks+Giving into your life
•the word more powerful than ‘awesome’
•how to turn human ‘being’ into human ‘doing’

It’s time to make every day Thanks+Giving. For more ways to uplift your life, check out this inspiring episode of Dream Power Radio.

Dr. Cheralyn “Chez” Leeby graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1988 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree and a Master’s Degree in Human Development Counseling in 1989. Dr. Leeby’s area of specialized interest and training is in marriage and family therapy and she holds a Florida License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (FT 1843). Stanley Tsiamoulis – Why the Numbers Don’t Lie

Stanley Tsiamoulis – Why the Numbers Don’t Lie

Socrates said, “To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom.” One way we can learn more about ourselves and why we do the things we do is through Numerology, which studies the relationships between the numerical value of dates, names, words or ideas with events in our lives. It has been used to predict the future and offer guidance in where to focus our attention.

We dive into this mathematical matrix with Numerologist Stanley Tsiamoulis. Dubbed the Mathematical Alchemist, Stanley has created a unique system called the ESP Code, which uses four numbers to determine your special life path. In this episode of Dream Power Radio, Stanley explains how this works and:
•how to get in sync with your code
•how to use numerology to plan your vacation
•why numbers can tell you the most productive place for you to live
•why numerology is considered The Code of God
•why numerology tells us to watch out for what happens on December 21st.

If you want to take a more active hand in creating your reality, don’t miss this eye-opening episode of Dream Power Radio.

Stanley Tsiamoulis is the CEO and Founder of Zeneth Culture and creator of the ESP Code Numerology. Using practical and applied numerology, he helps guide his clients to their ultimate purpose in life, with clarity. He is the author of the book Your Numbers, Your Journey: How the Secrets of the ESP Code Reveal Your Destiny. Website: https://www.zenethculture.com/
