Gracefully Addressing Death
Each podcast is a gentle reminder of what we can do and how to hold space for ourselves and others in the beautiful process of a good death. I just accompanied my best friend from my hometown and his dying process and then hung out for a month to support his wife in the aftermath. Dying Kindness is an outstanding podcast on a topic no other end of life or death and dying podcast is focusing on so deeply. ciana stewart, the host and creator, is an excellent host who speaks from her own experience complemented by informative guests. The material presented is clear and concise, the topics are covering the subject broadly and deeply, and the episodes are a good length for these topics. Highly recommended!
Informative, accessible, helpful
It was just coincidence that I discovered this podcast while I was in the midst of my estate planning—and it was enormously helpful. Cianna is a down to earth, practical host, sharing her experiences as well as those of expert guests with a lens towards making sure we, her listeners, set everything up for those who survive us upon our death, trying to make it easy on them. The episodes are concise and filled with actionable information. Highly recommend! Everyone should be listening to this and setting things up for an easy transition for your loved ones.
