Part of my weekly podcast lineup

There are a handful of podcasts I always listen to, each week, and this SEO-centered podcast made that list about six months ago.

Here are my thoughts on why someone might appreciate it:

• Weekly News: I often don’t have much time to sift through the latest news and figure out what’s actually newsworthy on a regular basis. Fortunately, I don’t have too. Erin and Mordy do share the latest news each week, which saves me time.
• Personality: let’s just say they’ve got it (personality). Some podcast hosts spend too much time chatting about their personal lives or things that aren’t really pertinent to the episode. That’s not the case with Erin and Mordy. They don’t go over board, but they manage to add a lot of personality to the show. Teasing each other in a friendly way would probably be the best way to describe it. This keeps the podcast interesting and helps you get to know the hosts.
• SEO Insights: I wanted to find a good podcast that was regularly sharing the latest knowledge in the SEO landscape. That’s why I found this podcast. Not every SEO podcast is worth the time it takes to listen, especially for someone who isn’t just looking to stay up to date on basic SEO concepts. Erin and Mordy do a great job discussing trending SEO news and also hitting on some of the more technical SEO concepts.
• Great Guests: I discover quality people to pay attention to by seeing who’s brought on as a guest. Everyone who’s invited onto the show is quality, and tends to have a specific focus within the search engine optimization realm. So, having them provide their own insights and perspectives is valuable.
• Bonus Reason: They’ve got an awesome tag line you can’t help but respect and appreciate.

The points above are the main reasons The Edge of The Web made it to my weekly podcast rotation. I hope you find the podcast as beneficial as I do, and kudos to the team for sharing quality content every week. It takes time and effort and is much appreciated.

One of the best produced SEO podcasts.

Even with Mordy on it, the podcast still kicks it. Highly recommend, even with Mordy.
