Whole body approach (Drew knows his stuff)

Drew is a fantastic host, both in the solo and guest interviews, approaching the topic of health and fitness from a whole body perspective that leaves nothing out. He often gets into the nuances of topics that we all take for granted, like protein and micronutrients, exploring the overlooked aspects that can unlock optimal health. Plus, he does his research, knows his stuff, and explores each topic in just the right amount of detail.
