You'll learn the three steps for practicing Empathy, the differences between emotional and cognitive empathy, and the importance of having a rich vocabulary to describe the broad range of emotions. Vistelar has three criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of a conflict management method: 1) does it look professional to onlookers and on camera, 2) does it keep everyone safe as possible, and 3) does is demonstrate concern.
