Justin Smith works with special operations military, police, goverment agencies, and Fortune 100 executives to optimize decision making under high stress.  Justin holds a Ph.D in neuroscience and a M.S in Research Psychology.  Together we talk about the strategies he uses to help clients have insight into how bodies are an integrated system that all works together.  We also discuss how using every day stress responses to train and practice leads to shortening our initial overwhelming stress response and returning to baseline.
