MIND: The NEW Perimenopause

It's been a while since I've had a conversation with another woman in her menopause life stage. BODY: PMDD and Hormonal Health with Dr Ceri Cashell

PMDD - Pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder, can affect up to 20% of the female population yet very little is known about it. MIND: ADHD and Menopause

Kirstin Bouse is a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist with nearly 3 decades of experience. Over the past 15 or so years, she’s found herself working with women as they navigate big transitions in their lives - motherhood, divorce and perimenopause. Six years into her own perimenopause experience, along with a late-diagnosis of ADHD (after all 3 sons were diagnosed as teenagers and young adults - yep, she was late to the party for them too) and burnout, Kirstin became super frustrated by the lack of recognition of the significance of perimenopause and midlife in general.
