Episode 4 | My relationship with movement, eating disorder recovery, and coaching philosophy

Pursuing Endurance Podcast

In this episode we have a conversation around my personal background with sports from childhood to now. I discuss how my relationship with movement has changed over the years throughout the early development and recovery process from an eating disorder. I also talk about how my experience has influenced my coaching philosophy and how I approach working with athletes and enthusiasts as human beings first and foremost.
