This week I had the pleasure of talking to Kelly P from Project Me about her work as the queen of encouraging us to project manage ourselves through small habit creation, looking back each month and checking in with what’s going on in our lives and writing stuff out in order to see what is and isn’t going on in our lives. In other words, the idea of doing our lives with more control rather than life just being done to us.
At this time of year (published December 2019) it’s pretty crucial to keep thinking of how to keep within overwhelm limits and take time to recognise what’s going on before we start the passive aggressive “communication” with our partners.
