Good afternoon this is Denise Gardiner owner of Health Becomes Fitness podcast and today I will be interviewing Rose Hahn a yoga therapist and yoga/mindfulness/meditation instructor. She founded the first mindfulness-based residential addiction treatment center in Texas and is currently focused on writing her blog (rosehahn.com), as well as an upcoming book titled, Plant Your Root. 

Rose is passionate about creating harmony and wellness in the body-heart-mind-spirit system and helping others do the same.    I met Rose on Golden Bloggerz Online Community, where many bloggers post daily threads or posts that each blogger shares or comments on in order to get their blog posts on several social media platforms.  Rose had become a regular on there and we liked and respected each other's ability in writing inspiring posts and became friends along the way.  I am sure once you read posts on her blog you will be inspired as much as I have, and you will see how helpful her yoga experience can be for you or your family in daily life.
