Awesome content

I have been a weekend warrior most of my life and getting some direction on how to improve my capacity for adventure, as well as making sure they continue for years to come has been great. Please keep it coming! I am about 3 weeks into their 16 week mountaineering plan and so far am feeling great physically and motivated mentally
