Such valuable information. Insightful, caring interview style

I found this podcast through the episode with Sherrerd Hartness on the silence, and healing after her sister’s murder. What a strong, caring interviewer is at the helm. Tara Hedman is a gift. She’s uniquely able to navigate emotionally challenging subjects clearly, respectfully, and with insight and wisdom. I learned so much from this interview, in particular, that helped me know better how to navigate relationships, be a friend, to others who’ve experienced loss through violence. Since this is a growing reality in our country, it feels particularly important. Thank you, Tara, and your co-host, for the life journeys you must have traveled to be able to do this job so well. And thank you, Sherrerd, for your openness, transparency, and strength and continued faith in life. You all are amazing.
