Unfiltered and unabashed convos till curiosities of mouth and brain are satisfied.

Love the recent spam episode. Eating spam fried rice as I write this ha. Had just gone to Tim Ho Wan in HK before you guys got the NYC branch interview and I know Esther / Mok Bar. Love finding all these like small world and relevant connections to me. Not a fan of matcha or ice cream so of course not all topics will pique my interest, but I always want to know what's up next. I listen for new recs or places or chefs to discover in NYC. FACTS.

PS Ignore the one star loser. He needs to take those Sean Spicy facts and go troll somewhere else. I hope one day you can get Eddie Huang or David Chang to stop by and chat with you guys.
