Matt Brown Channels Bad Little Girl Energy

Matt Brown Channels Bad Little Girl Energy

We all have days when we just want to tell authority figures, the teacher, the manager at work that you’re done with them and it’s time to go home and enjoy the rest of my life, and I could quit because of all of you.

Remember the “Bad Little Girl” who had enough of Linda? Well she’s all grown up now and doing ok.

Today comedian Matt Brown joins us to find out what happened to Jayla Cummings, the adorable “Bad Little Girl” who went viral with her frustrated rant over being put in time out in daycare.

Matt also weighs in on Jerry Seinfeld’s frustration with modern day television sitcoms, saying the “extreme left” is killing comedy.

How to Get into the Met Gala For Free

How to Get into the Met Gala For Free

Another Met Gala has come and gone. The annual charity fundraiser for the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute always draws the world’s attention as notable artists, entertainers and the wealthy elite parade in lavish and often ridiculous outfits.

Despite not being in attendance this year, Lady Gaga  managed to be the top shared celebrity on the Internet for her Guggenheim Museum inspired dress. The catch? It was all done with AI, while Gaga probably stayed home nice and cozy in a bath full of bubbles and a dart board with Madonna’s face on it.

Today we take a look at all the wet and wild news stories, like Lady Gaga and Rhianna’s fake Met Gala gowns, and how Pride Celebrations this year are shrinking in New York and Chicago.

The New Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert

The New Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert

Get on the bus loser, we’re going to the Australian Outback in drag, again! It’s the 30 year anniversary of The Adventures Priscilla Queen of the Desert, the groundbreaking film that shook the world as three queens on a road trip across the Australian desert.

The groundbreaking film won an Oscar for fiercest costumes ever and helped drag go mainstream. Now, three decades later after Priscilla, the big pink bus drove across the desert and into our hearts, the original cast is back for a highly anticipated sequel.

Today we take a look at how the world changed in the short time from the documentary Paris is Burning scandalized movie screens to The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert becoming an international  hit, leading to an appetite for similar films like Too Wong Foo, Trick and Girls Will Be Girls.

Ménage à How Many? - Tristan Taormino

Ménage à How Many? - Tristan Taormino

It’s Lesbian Visibillity week, where we take a look at some of the most wonderful women who have shaped Feast of Fun over the course of 20 years.

Just like no two people are alike, the relationships we develop in our lives will also be incredibly unique.

Before open relationships became more acceptable in LGBTQ+ circles, sex-positive writer Tristan Taormino was helping pave the way for people to expand their minds to new kinds of relationships.

We spoke to Tristan in 2008 about her new book “Opening Up: A Guide to Creating and Sustaining Open Relationships” where she said a big factor in fufilling relationships was for people to defnine monogamy on their own terms, and that the best relationships complement each other instead of trying to meet each other halfway in everything.

Please enjoy this encore presentation of “Ménage à How Many?” with Tristan Taormino as part of our celebration of Lesbian Visibility Week and the design I made that became the modern lesbian pride flag.

    The Legendary Gaye Adegbalola

    The Legendary Gaye Adegbalola

It’s Lesbian Visibility week, where we take a look at some of the most wonderful women who have shaped Feast of Fun over the course of 20 years. One of my all time favorite musicians is blues singer Gaye Adegbalola.

We first met Gaye back in 2005 at the Out Music Awards where she wowed the crowd with her audacious song “Big Ovaries” looking absolutely stunning wearing a white tuxedo with tails that complimented her silver shock of hair and dark skin.

Gaye is not your ordinary blues musician, like us she has a sharp sense of humor and passion for restorative justice. An evening with Gaye Adegbalola always proves to be filled with exciting music and a whole lot of fun.

Back in 2009 we had the pleasure of having Gaye in the home studio to perform several of her iconic songs, she was in Chicago for a concert at the Old Town School of Folk Music where she and her musical collaborators Ann Rabson and Andra Faye in Saffire performed together one last time.
Please enjoy this encore presentation of “The Legendary Gaye Adegbalola” as part of our celebration of Lesbian Visibility Week and the design I made that became the modern lesbian pride flag. Enjoy!

E-Lo! ,

Fausto..... + update

.....Update.... so now all they do is talk about muscles???......

At first I enjoyed this podcast but the more the I listened to it the more Fausto grates on my nerves. He's ill-informed, narrow minded, self aggrandized, is constantly accusing everyone with a cooking themed YouTube channel of ripping off (the horrendous) "Cooking with Drag Queens." Actually he likes to accuse anyone with a podcast of ripping them off. I have to listen sporadically. It's best when there's a guest to deflect their attention or else you're in for an hour long Fausto is so great and everyone copies him commercial. Not to mention that they tie everything back to drag queens....... My suggestion is to take everything this dude says with a grain of salt!
