Good Stuff!

I love this podcast. Very insightful!

Loved it! Very comprehensive!

Well done 👏🏾. Humor and delivery 👌🏾The convo was light and engaging. You shared stories and other personal anecdotes that resonated with me as a black woman, and that's important. At times, it even felt like I was right there in the room, laughing with you guys at each joke.

But despite the humor, I still took away an abundance of new info. Keyword being NEW. The sequence of how to identify if and when you need help, how to obtain it, and then what to expect after was very comprehensive.

The only suggestions is I wish you would have touched on actions/steps of a caregiver, maybe a few tips or resources for family/friends. How do we approach our loved ones that we know need help? What options do we have to intervene, before it is too late?

Nonetheless, I know there are time limits, so job well done. I'm actually excited to see what topics you will cover next!!!!

Just What I Needed.😊

The podcast overall was great for the first one!! It was very informative, especially for those looking to seek therapy.
What I really liked most is how Beyoncé's Lemonade & social media was referenced because that's something that I personally can relate to being a little younger (20).
Self Care!💛 So so happy this was mentioned. I would love for this topic to be touched on a lot more. This is very critical to Black health in my opinion.
I wonder if you all can touch on topics such as social media, this new age of Black activism, racism, colorism, classism, stressors of entering/leaving college & heading into the real world, music, dieting, fitness, body positivity, book suggestions, etc.
Also, I would love if you guys had a section where people can submit questions & you touch upon them on the podcast.
Also, I think it would be dope if you all started with a self-reflective question for us all to ponder on throughout the podcast & then each of you chime in with your answer to it.
Lastly, as always continue to be yourselves, just let the conversation flow & I love the intro! Super fly. Haha
Y'all are so dope! I really wish you guys were located in CT!
