    #164: I’m back, baby!

    #164: I’m back, baby!

First and foremost, I'm sorry. I made a promise and commitment at the beginning of the year to record and publish new podcast episodes every week for 2023. And I fell short.

I haven't recorded a new episode in four months. And I take ownership and accountability for not following through.

The past four months have been very difficult. But not an excuse.

And here we are. 30 days left in 2023. And I have an awesome exercise to create positive momentum ending this year and into 2024.

Changing the conversation. Flipping the switch.

No more boring surface-level conversations during the holidays which lack depth.

Listen to the full episode to find out exactly how we're going to do it!

A Podcast filled with Loving Kindness

I discovered The Positive Impact podcast in the summer of 2020. I love listening to all kinds of podcasts but Andrews message of hope and inspiration immediately caught my attention and grabbed me by my heartstrings. He speaks with kindness and integrity. He covers so many topics that we all can learn from. Topics like - How to build a healthy mindset ,the value of being of service to others , how to tackle fears, tangible tools for stepping into vulnerability and how to be the change we want to see in the world. It’s all here.

All very authentic and refreshing. There’s some thing for everybody here.
