Dr. Henri Tuomilehto - sleep podcast

I was really curious to listen to this new podcast from Polar when the ad came up on my gram feed. Especially from an athletic performance perspective.
I really struggled to listen to the whole episode - Dr. Tuomilehto’s content came across as relatively basic and a little rambling. His speaking pattern (not his accent) drove me insane and made it almost impossible for me to hear what he was saying. He was either sitting way too close to the microphone, and enunciating or inflecting syllables inconsistently throughout the entire episode. It is usually easy to adjust to listen and understand someone new - but even though I listened through the entire episode, I really struggled.
One last point - the person conducting the podcast might as well not have existed. He asked a small handful of softball scripted questions, and the Dr took off and started rambling.
I will try a few more listens of other episodes - because I like the effort that Polar is putting into the IDEA of this content. And the content is very specific to the niche i fall in (young dad trying to get ‘back in shape’). But hopefully they execute much better and have more meaningful dialogue with the host and guests.

Data based podcast

Love the athletes take on the data. Would love to hear a podcast about Polars HRV measurements and it’s affect on the recovery score.
