    Showing up in your life to just show up doesn't mean you're actually going to light up your soul's light and produce the results that you want for your life. If we just go through the act of checking each box everyday we are never going to create the life for ourselves that are deepest desires are dreaming of.

    We have to start looking at how we are showing up authentically trying to create the life that we want. If you are coming at your dreams through your lens of trauma, survival, emotional emptiness, low self-worth, lack of self-esteem, low personal value your dreams are going to become unattainable because your internal belief system is subconsciously telling your conscious that you are not worthy of those dreams that those are for other people. You have to invest in yourself in building a self-belief system to choose to put you first in your life.

    Tune in to this fabulous conversation around the things that we're missing when we are not progressing in building the life that we want. Maybe you have the home that you want maybe you have the income that you want maybe you've even done some trauma recovery work and you are no longer in an abusive relationship but you don't have the loving romantic relationship that you desire.     How much of your life are you going to invest in hurt and pain? How much of your life have you spent chasing and serving and honoring all of the abusers around you instead of learning the skills to honor yourself and stand up for yourself? What would it take for you to begin turning towards your own light? Would it take the abuser to hit you? I remember saying it's over when he hits me, but a covert narcissist will never hit you, they will take you right to that edge only to pull back because they know that's what you're waiting for. So you have to become ready to be done playing the game, ready to be done dancing the dance to the narcissists tune. You have to be done putting everybody in front of you. In this episode we discuss just that. We discuss why we are the way we are in allowing other people to have dominating weight in our life.

    I have walked in your shoes, I have abandoned myself to the point of suffering suicidal ideation and still I blamed myself. It took decades for me to wake up and begin doing the work that I needed to do so that I could heal the wounds inside of me that I didn't even create. My survival wounds were created specifically for that purpose, to survive.

    When you are born to a narcissistic family system you don't choose your survival mechanisms you get to choose when you heal them and you climb out of them and you step into a life of living possibility.

    My dream for you is that you recover and begin to see and witness your light in the world. Yourself worth blossoms and takes over and wipes away all the Self doubt within you.
