    Interventions centered on mindfulness have demonstrated considerable benefits in reducing stress, improving burnout in all areas, and increasing compassion satisfaction. The practice of mindfulness meditation has been shown in a number of studies to help reduce burnout. All outcome indicators dropped significantly for participants following the intervention. Increasing mindfulness reduces or eliminates the positive association between workload stress assessment and burnout. Mindfulness modifies the impact of negative workload appraisal on both emotional weariness and depersonalization. These are common signs of occupational burnout, and they affect more individuals than you might believe. Job burnout is a type of chronic work-related stress. Job discontent and personal happiness are caused by emotional and physical exhaustion. Burnout at work usually develops slowly, over time, and has an almost imperceptible impact on employees.
