Brilliant breakdown
I would like to add, a L3 and Trainer, that L3s need to be open to input from their team. You touched upon it, but I am sure we have all seen the Monarchy of “I’m a Level 3” rather than taking a few minutes to learn.
None of us know everything. Sharing knowledge will only help build our industry.
