The Truth

Where discourse meets discomfort but is held with love and forgiveness. This helped me engage deeper with an internal conversation of what I can do to be open to other people and see the whole person (ancestors & trauma) included. Thank you for doing you. Awesome sauce!!!!

Unorganized Outsiders

This podcast is so unorganized. They get so off topic and they don’t say anything of value. Their ideas about what recovery is or isn’t is all hypothetical. They don’t offer any research to back up their claims on why and how harm reduction works. They clearly have not been directly affected by someone they know or love using drugs or alcohol to cope. They did not grasp the severity of addiction and speak about it in a way that makes it seem like something easy peasy to deal with. They didn’t describe any of the work that would go into this process. You want to meet them where they’re at? Okay, but what are you doing to solve the root of the addiction so they won’t have to use any more? This was all just surface level hypotheticals. If you want to advocate for harm reduction and you want me or anyone else to take your seriously, give your podcast some actual organization and substance. I heard a lot about why you are so great and not a lot of actual solutions.
