    When Kenzie Wesp’s post grad plans to become a marriage and family therapist shifted to owning and operating one of Nashville’s top fitness studios, she wasn’t afraid to say “YES” and dive headfirst into the opportunity. In this episode, Lily chats with Kenzie about stepping away from normalcy to be called to something higher, and how prepare ahead of time to tackle the challenge head on.  Kenzie Wesp, owner of TRUEFORM FITNESS and visionary of the format fitness, is a Nashville local who has made a splash in the fitness industry since stepping on the scene in 2020. Kenzie stepped into the fitness industry after a back injury hindered her from continuing in her dance career. After she found low impact/high intensity exercise, she never looked back. One “yes” led to another, and within just a few years of getting her initial fitness certification in Lagree Fitness, she has grown into a highly accomplished instructor, studio owner, and powerhouse. Her love for the Lord, wellness, family, and fitness, are what keep her going day in and day out.
