So FOOK you lady!
So this podcast, this lady!!! Like WTAF?? Like how do you freaking know me and have never met me?? Wow Signs and symptoms of First Responders was the first podcast I listened to… I’m hooked!! My wife found this for me and she broke down because now she understands me and felt just a taste of what I go through! So lady we will never meet, but we are about have a beautiful relationship!!! Thank you I can’t wait to hear more!!! Father/Husband Firefighter/Flight Medic/68W
Great stuff for first responders
I’ve known Sarah for a while and have sat in on several of her presentations. This podcast is a great adjunct to what she teaches in person. If you’re a first responder in any capacity, take some time to take care of yourself and this podcast is a great way to start. You can pop in the old earbuds and learn how to help yourself without anyone else knowing what you’re listening to.
Great stuff, keep up the strong work!
Great info!!
Sarah spoke at our department and I thoroughly enjoyed her approach to the guys and the job. I would really have loved to have my wife go through it but in never came to fruition. It definitely had an impact on me.
