Apart from this reason, there are several other factors that lead an employee to quit their jobs but the major ones leave because of lack of appreciation.
Who doesn't like being appreciated? RIGHT?
I want you to ask yourself these questions :
AFTER BEING APPRECIATED!
Don't we feel more aligned with the work we are doing? Don't we feel super good from the inside? Don't we feel super motivated? Don't we feel to do more and produce .lre results?
Ask your self this and the answer, if you get, is YES
Then start giving it to others, trust me you'll see a significant improvement in one's work.
You'll see how much more they will be doing just to hear that appreciation once again from you.
