    Our 150th episode! Thank you everyone for joining in this practice and for sharing this podcast.
    Our breath is always with us. Using our focus and our relaxed attention, we learn to follow the breath into healing. Beginning with a focus on healing our bodies, we draw the breath in and out. We follow the breath to our emotional bodies and mental bodies, noticing any entanglements between these areas. Our breath is a tool we can use to bring awareness to ideas that bring feelings that are not harmonious. This is a form of entanglement, where the thoughts create feelings, which amplify the thoughts. If these entangled thoughts are chronic, they bring us down. Using our breath and awareness, we lift these energies and allow healing light to open the patterns. We may have inspirations about these thought patterns that bring us to heal deeply seated ideas that no longer serve us. This brings flow to emotional patterns that once had been stuck.
    Once we've reset using the breath, we can expand our focus to share this transmission of light to another person, a situation or relationship that we would like to offer healing to.

    You are more than you may think you are. We are all a distinct focus of consciousness, living in and creating our own distinct time line. As we expand our sense of being we come to realize we have a vast inner storehouse of wisdom and strength. In this journey we contact a future version of ourselves, wiser, more accomplished, more evolved. That future self cares about the things we care about, our projects, our work, our relationships. That future self has already accomplished the things we are working on and can offer guidance and support to us in the present moment. We receive from this future self understanding, solutions, knowingness. We then venture even deeper to reach an even more evolved and beautiful self, which sends to us love, care and acceptance. We emerge refreshed and renewed.

    Stretch your body and your mind with this session of breath and meditation. Walk along the shoreline, opening to the water as a living being. Float in the waves and beneath the surface, merging with the perfect water. Lift up into the sky as we recognize the blue sky mind of sky consciousness, always motion, always changing. We shift our awareness to the shoreline, where we walk into a forest, recognizing the aliveness of the forest consciousness. We recognize that all around us is life, consciousness and fluidity. All is constantly changing, even as we are constantly changing. Becoming aware of this fluid nature of reality as we hold our stability is an important awareness and skill. Come float with us!

    A simple powerful practice of opening to the choices that lie before us and working with energy to discern the highest, most light-filled path forward. Using our breath practice, we create a field of clear energy. We imagine 2 choices before us on something we care about, that we are stuck on, or if we are simply hitting a wall. We use our energy senses to perceive what is there in each choice A or B. We follow the energy of whichever choice felt more movement, life and energy. We add frequencies of harmony and beauty, feeling the clarity as we hold our focus and listen deeply. We ask for assistance from our higher self or guide, knowing we have what we need to be supported in any endeavor.

I have been a meditator for the past 25 years, have learned many modalities during those years, Miriam’s meditations has a complete breathing format that truly puts me in a very relaxed mood, it awakens my senses to a higher frequencies from where I am able to get in touch with my higher self and my spiritual master in a way that is fun, filled with love and light, her voice is amazingly soothing, and it is easy to listen to her wisdom that comes from her heart and from the many years of practice and study’s of the great spiritual master and her own spiritual experience, I am so grateful to have Miriam in my life as a teacher and friend, I highly recommend this meditation to anyone who is either just starting on this journey or want to continue to understand the higher splendor of this magnificent universe 🌈🎼❤️🙏
