RC43: What is Accessing Consciousness and How Can It Help Neurodiversity with Diva Diaz

RC43: What is Accessing Consciousness and How Can It Help Neurodiversity with Diva Diaz

We live in a world that uses labels to distinguish differences so we can understand what is often a complex world with so many unknowns. This can often lead us to not want to stand out for the fear of being labelled as different and sometimes even ostracised by friends, family, peers, and society at large. This is particularly true for certain backgrounds of society and those who interact with the world in perceived unconventional ways.

Oftentimes, this leads people to hide their behaviours and true selves to appear “normal” and feel accepted by society when in reality we are all different and our differences need to be nurtured and celebrated if we are to create a more conscious and better world.

In this episode, we are joined by coach, speaker, and author, Diva Diaz who was diagnosed with high-functioning autism in adulthood and has learned to not only accept her neurodiversity but allow it to work for her through using the Access Consciousness X-Men program and its revolutionary set of tools that has changed her life. Today, she shares these tools with individuals, parents, and teachers, and shares them with us on Raising Consciousness!
