Big lessons in small bites

I love Tina. And I love the big lessons in the podcast that come with small, manageable ‘exercises’ to help you make big progress! I won’t claim the exercises are easy but they are structured so that they don’t take a ton of time and they don’t require you buy another shiny object to help you. Life and progress aren’t a nice straight line, Tina gives you the tools to ride the ride of life whether it looks like a rollercoaster, a mountain or just a speed bump.

So relatable and real

Thankful that Tina has shared her knowledge and been brave enough to speak about her personal experience to help empower and encourage others. I think we have all felt similar feelings maybe for different circumstances but it is comforting to know that it is ok and we are all human that way. I took notes and plan on starting my exercises for happiness right away!!!
