Amanda’s podcast are the best. She brings real content to her podcast every week. I love how she breaks it down into easy ways you can help yourself be better and feel better about yourself. She creates quality content week in and week out. If you are a woman struggling, no matter what it is, Amanda can help you.

Great content EVERY week

This is by far my favorite podcast. Amanda is just good at what she does, plain and simple. Her calm demeanor makes her easy to listen to and it always feels like she is talking directly to me. I couldn’t love the Feel Amazing Naked podcast any more than I do.

I HAVE NEVER FELT THIS AMAZING NAKED

Amanda is the most knowledgable woman who talks about the deeper issues. She is honest, real, and isn't afraid to dive into what "really is going on". Women need this information. She has helped me realized that my relationship with food is simply that. "A relationship" that I have the cabability of nurturing, and it goes deeper than calories in and calories out. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I FEEL AMAZING NAKED....5 kid later and never felt this confident!
