So helpful and Life-Changing

Brittany’s podcast and the 8-Week Challenge have been life-changing for me. I am so much more confident now about strength training and eating well. These healthy habits are not just for weight loss, but also to help me live my vocation as a Catholic wife and mom to the fullest for the long haul. She doesn’t sugar-coat the messages that are hard to hear, but calls us to step it up a notch!

Practical, fun, encouraging!

Brittany does a great job sharing practical advice in an encouraging and straightforward way! As others have said, listening to Brittany feels like getting coffee with a friend! A note I wanted to share is, my family follows a strict healing diet and holistic lifestyle. While this isn’t what Brittany promotes/follows I still gain so many helpful tips and knowledge from her! So if you fall more on the holistic/crunchy side it’s still well worth listening!
